A simple, protein-packed pasta dinner that works on your busiest nights
There are nights when dinner needs to happen fast—but you still want it to feel like a real meal.
This is one of those dinners I come back to again and again: a 3-ingredient ravioli bowl that feels elevated, filling, and honestly… a little bit like something you’d order out.
It’s warm, comforting, and comes together in about 15 minutes—with mostly hands-off cooking (which matters when you’re multitasking through dinner time).
🍝 What You’ll Need
- Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free Cheese Ravioli
- Impossible Ground Beef
- Organic Marinara Sauce
- Parmigiano Reggiano (for topping)
⏱️ How to Make It
1. Prep the cheese
Grate your Parmigiano Reggiano and set aside.
2. Cook the ravioli
Boil according to package instructions.
3. Cook the “meat”
In a nonstick skillet, heat a bit of oil and cook the Impossible ground beef over low to medium heat. Stir occasionally until fully browned, then reduce heat to simmer.
4. Warm the sauce
During the last 2 minutes, heat marinara in a small saucepan.

🍽️ To Plate
- Add 3 ravioli to a bowl
- Spoon ~2 tablespoons of ground beef on top
- Add ~3 tablespoons marinara
- Finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Optional: fresh basil if you have it
💡 Why This Works (Especially for Moms)
- Minimal ingredients = less thinking
- Protein + carbs = actually filling
- Feels elevated without extra effort
- Easy to scale for the whole family
It’s one of those meals that looks like you tried… even if you didn’t have the time to.
