RECIPE: Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats or instant oats
- ¾ cup hot water
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- 1–2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Optional:
- Walnuts or shaved almonds
- Peanut butter or almond butter
- Chia seeds or hemp seeds
Instructions
1. Cook your oats
Add about ¾ cup hot water to 1 cup oats, cover, and let them steam for about 2 minutes (or follow package instructions).
2. Prep your toppings
Slice your banana and rinse your blueberries while the oats are steaming.
3. Build your bowl
Add the banana and blueberries directly on top of the oatmeal.
4. Finish and customize
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle shredded coconut.
Add nuts, nut butter, or seeds if you want extra texture or protein.
